RFID射頻識別介紹
摘要:隨著射頻識(shi)別技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)應(ying)用不斷(duan)擴大,越來(lai)越多的(de)(de)場(chang)合要(yao)求使用RFID射頻識(shi)別系統(tong)。RFID電(dian)(dian)子(zi)標(biao)簽(qian)天線(xian)作(zuo)為射頻識(shi)別系統(tong)中不可或缺的(de)(de)重要(yao)一環,其設計、生(sheng)產、測試等(deng)均是未(wei)來(lai)研究的(de)(de)主要(yao)內容之(zhi)一由于電(dian)(dian)磁波(bo)的(de)(de)固(gu)有(you)特性(xing),在(zai)(zai)諸如(ru)臨近(jin)金屬、液體等(deng)環境中,RFID射頻識(shi)別系統(tong)的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)將大打折扣。在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)環境中除(chu)了提高(gao)RFID電(dian)(dian)子(zi)標(biao)簽(qian)讀(du)寫器的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)之(zhi)外,RFID電(dian)(dian)子(zi)標(biao)簽(qian)天線(xian)的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)提高(gao)更為重要(yao)。目(mu)(mu)前我(wo)們(men)正在(zai)(zai)針對RFID電(dian)(dian)子(zi)標(biao)簽(qian)天線(xian)在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)些復雜環境中的(de)(de)應(ying)用展開研究。另外,柔性(xing)RFID電(dian)(dian)子(zi)標(biao)簽(qian)貼(tie)附在(zai)(zai)非平坦表(biao)面時性(xing)能(neng)也(ye)(ye)會有(you)所惡化。如(ru)何避免柔性(xing)RFID電(dian)(dian)子(zi)標(biao)簽(qian)應(ying)用到非平坦表(biao)面帶來(lai)的(de)(de)影響也(ye)(ye)是目(mu)(mu)前我(wo)們(men)另一個研究重點。
射(she)(she)頻(pin)(pin)識別(bie)(bie)技(ji)術是一(yi)(yi)(yi)種非(fei)接觸的(de)(de)自動(dong)(dong)識別(bie)(bie)技(ji)術。它(ta)是由電子標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(Tag/Transponder)、讀(du)寫(xie)器(qi)(qi)(Reader/Interrogator)及(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)間件(Middle-Ware)~部分組(zu)成的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)種短距(ju)離無線(xian)(xian)通(tong)信系統。射(she)(she)頻(pin)(pin)識別(bie)(bie)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)是射(she)(she)頻(pin)(pin)識別(bie)(bie)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)芯片(pian)(pian)和(he)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)天(tian)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)結合體。標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)根據其工(gong)作(zuo)模式(shi)不同而(er)分為(wei)主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)和(he)被(bei)動(dong)(dong)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)。主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)自身(shen)攜(xie)帶電池為(wei)其提供讀(du)寫(xie)器(qi)(qi)通(tong)信所需的(de)(de)能量:被(bei)動(dong)(dong)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)則采用感應(ying)(ying)耦合或反向散射(she)(she)工(gong)作(zuo)模式(shi),即通(tong)過標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)天(tian)線(xian)(xian)從讀(du)寫(xie)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)發出的(de)(de)電磁(ci)(ci)場或者電磁(ci)(ci)波(bo)獲(huo)得(de)能量激活芯片(pian)(pian),并(bing)調節(jie)射(she)(she)頻(pin)(pin)識別(bie)(bie)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)芯片(pian)(pian)與(yu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)天(tian)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)匹配程(cheng)度(du),將儲存(cun)在(zai)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)芯片(pian)(pian)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)信息反饋給讀(du)寫(xie)器(qi)(qi)。因此。射(she)(she)頻(pin)(pin)識別(bie)(bie)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)天(tian)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)阻抗(kang)必(bi)須與(yu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)芯片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)輸入阻抗(kang)共(gong)軛匹配,以使得(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)芯片(pian)(pian)能夠最(zui)大限度(du)地(di)獲(huo)得(de)射(she)(she)頻(pin)(pin)識別(bie)(bie)讀(du)寫(xie)器(qi)(qi)所發出的(de)(de)電磁(ci)(ci)能量。此外,標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)天(tian)線(xian)(xian)設(she)計時還必(bi)須考慮(lv)電子標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)所應(ying)(ying)用的(de)(de)場合,如(ru)應(ying)(ying)用在(zai)金屬物體表(biao)面的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)天(tian)線(xian)(xian)和(he)應(ying)(ying)用在(zai)普通(tong)物體表(biao)面的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)天(tian)線(xian)(xian)在(zai)天(tian)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)結構(gou)和(he)選材上存(cun)有(you)很大的(de)(de)差別(bie)(bie)。適(shi)合于(yu)多(duo)種芯片(pian)(pian)、低成本、多(duo)用途(tu)的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)天(tian)線(xian)(xian)是射(she)(she)頻(pin)(pin)識別(bie)(bie)在(zai)我國得(de)到廣泛普及(ji)的(de)(de)關鍵(jian)技(ji)術之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)。
RFID射頻識別系統(tong)與天線(xian)分類
對于(yu)采用被動式(shi)標簽的射頻(pin)識別(bie)系統而言(yan),根據工(gong)作頻(pin)段的不同具有兩(liang)種(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)作模式(shi)。一種(zhong)(zhong)是感應耦合(he)(Induc.tiveCoupling)T作模式(shi),這種(zhong)(zhong)模式(shi)也(ye)稱(cheng)為(wei)近(jin)場(chang)工(gong)作模式(shi),它主要適用用于(yu)低頻(pin)和(he)高頻(pin)RFID系統:另一種(zhong)(zhong)則是反向散射(Backscattering)32作模式(shi),這種(zhong)(zhong)模式(shi)也(ye)稱(cheng)為(wei)遠場(chang)T作模式(shi),主要適用于(yu)超高頻(pin)和(he)微波RFID系統。
感應耦(ou)合模式主(zhu)要是指讀(du)(du)寫器(qi)天線和標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)天線都采用線圈形(xing)式。當讀(du)(du)寫器(qi)在閱(yue)讀(du)(du)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)時(shi),發(fa)出未(wei)經(jing)調(diao)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)信號(hao)。處于讀(du)(du)寫器(qi)天線近(jin)場的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)子標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)天線接收到(dao)該信號(hao)并(bing)激活標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)芯片之后,由標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)芯片根(gen)據內(nei)部存儲的(de)(de)(de)全球(qiu)唯一的(de)(de)(de)識(shi)別號(hao)(ID)控制(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)天線中的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)流(liu)大小。這(zhe)個電(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)大小進一步(bu)增(zeng)強或者減小閱(yue)讀(du)(du)器(qi)天線發(fa)出的(de)(de)(de)磁場。這(zhe)時(shi),讀(du)(du)寫器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)近(jin)場分量展現出被調(diao)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)特性,讀(du)(du)寫器(qi)內(nei)部電(dian)路(lu)檢鋇0到(dao)這(zhe)個由于標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)而產生的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)制(zhi)(zhi)量并(bing)解調(diao)并(bing)得到(dao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)信息。
在反向散射(she)T作(zuo)模式中,讀(du)寫器和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)之間采用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁波(bo)來進(jin)行(xing)信(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳輸。當(dang)讀(du)寫器對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)進(jin)行(xing)閱讀(du)識(shi)(shi)(shi)別時(shi),首先發出(chu)未經調(diao)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁波(bo),此時(shi)位于(yu)(yu)遠場的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)天(tian)線(xian)接收(shou)(shou)到電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁波(bo)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)并(bing)(bing)在天(tian)線(xian)上產生感(gan)應電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)內部電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)將這(zhe)個(ge)感(gan)應電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)進(jin)行(xing)整流并(bing)(bing)放大(da)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)激(ji)(ji)活(huo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)芯(xin)片。當(dang)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)芯(xin)片激(ji)(ji)活(huo)之后,用(yong)(yong)自身的(de)(de)(de)(de)全球唯(wei)一標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)識(shi)(shi)(shi)號(hao)(hao)對(dui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)芯(xin)片阻抗(kang)(kang)進(jin)行(xing)變(bian)化,當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)芯(xin)片的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻抗(kang)(kang)和標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)芯(xin)片之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)阻抗(kang)(kang)匹(pi)配(pei)較好(hao)時(shi)則基(ji)本(ben)不反射(she)信(xin)號(hao)(hao),而阻抗(kang)(kang)匹(pi)配(pei)不好(hao)時(shi)則將幾乎全部反射(she)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)。這(zhe)樣反射(she)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)就出(chu)現了振幅的(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化,這(zhe)種情況類似于(yu)(yu)對(dui)反射(she)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)進(jin)行(xing)幅度調(diao)制(zhi)處(chu)理。讀(du)寫器通過(guo)接收(shou)(shou)到經過(guo)調(diao)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)反射(she)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)判斷該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)識(shi)(shi)(shi)號(hao)(hao)并(bing)(bing)進(jin)行(xing)識(shi)(shi)(shi)別。這(zhe)類天(tian)線(xian)主要包(bao)括微帶天(tian)線(xian)、平面偶極子(zi)(zi)天(tian)線(xian)和環形天(tian)線(xian)。圖二是(shi)我(wo)們研制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)工作(zuo)于(yu)(yu)多種識(shi)(shi)(shi)別環境(jing)下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)UHF電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)天(tian)線(xian)。
RFID電(dian)子標簽(qian)天線的(de)設(she)計與測試
如(ru)前所述,作于(yu)低頻(pin)與高頻(pin)的射頻(pin)識別(bie)(bie)系(xi)統采(cai)用感應耦合模式進行通信,所以T作于(yu)這(zhe)(zhe)兩個(ge)頻(pin)段的讀(du)寫(xie)器與電子(zi)標簽都(dou)采(cai)用線圈形式的天線。T作在(zai)這(zhe)(zhe)兩個(ge)頻(pin)段的射頻(pin)識別(bie)(bie)系(xi)統都(dou)受制于(yu)近(jin)場作用的范(fan)圍(wei),從而導致(zhi)其(qi)識別(bie)(bie)距離(li)較短。根據目前的情況(kuang)來看(kan),采(cai)用近(jin)場通信的射頻(pin)識別(bie)(bie)系(xi)統最大的識別(bie)(bie)距離(li)小于(yu)1米。
由于低頻和高頻頻段的射頻識別系(xi)統采用的是電磁(ci)場(chang)耦合模(mo)式(shi),所以(yi)系(xi)統中的天線(xian)都采用線(xian)圈(quan)形式(shi)。采用這(zhe)種(zhong)形式(shi)的主要原因如下(xia):
1.電磁(ci)場的(de)耦合在線圈之間比較緊密(mi):
2.天(tian)線(xian)采用線(xian)圈的(de)形(xing)式進(jin)一步減(jian)(jian)小了天(tian)線(xian)的(de)體(ti)積(ji)進(jin)而(er)減(jian)(jian)小了標簽的(de)體(ti)積(ji):
3.標(biao)簽芯片的特性(xing)要求標(biao)簽天線具有一定的電抗。
在超高頻(pin)和(he)(he)(he)微(wei)波波段(duan)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)子標(biao)(biao)簽(qian)和(he)(he)(he)讀(du)寫器之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)信采(cai)用反向散射(she)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方式。這時(shi)候(hou),連接(jie)電(dian)(dian)子標(biao)(biao)簽(qian)和(he)(he)(he)讀(du)寫器之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)橋(qiao)梁不再是(shi)近磁場而(er)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)磁波。此時(shi),被(bei)動型電(dian)(dian)子標(biao)(biao)簽(qian)處(chu)于讀(du)寫器的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)磁波遠場中。根據頻(pin)帶的(de)(de)(de)波長(chang)和(he)(he)(he)天線的(de)(de)(de)口徑可以計算出該頻(pin)帶內(nei)射(she)頻(pin)識別(bie)(bie)系統的(de)(de)(de)遠場和(he)(he)(he)讀(du)寫器之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)距離(li)。一般來(lai)說,被(bei)動性標(biao)(biao)簽(qian)在超高頻(pin)范(fan)圍內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)丁作(zuo)(zuo)距離(li)可達(da)10米左有(you),根據現有(you)資料來(lai)看。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)于微(wei)波波段(duan)(主(zhu)要(yao)指2.45GHz)的(de)(de)(de)被(bei)動標(biao)(biao)簽(qian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)距離(li)僅為(wei)1米左右。所以目(mu)前(qian)采(cai)用反向散射(she)下作(zuo)(zuo)模式的(de)(de)(de)射(she)頻(pin)識別(bie)(bie)系統主(zhu)要(yao)使(shi)用位于860~960MHz的(de)(de)(de)超高頻(pin)頻(pin)段(duan)。

由于(yu)電(dian)子標(biao)簽(qian)芯片(pian)(pian)的輸出阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang)具有電(dian)抗(kang)分(fen)量(liang),為(wei)了達(da)到能量(liang)的最大傳遞,需(xu)要將天線(xian)的輸入阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang)設(she)計為(wei)標(biao)簽(qian)芯片(pian)(pian)阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang)的共軛(e)。一(yi)般而言(yan),電(dian)子標(biao)簽(qian)芯片(pian)(pian)的輸入阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang)為(wei)Z=R_X形(xing)(xing)式。為(wei)了獲(huo)得共軛(e)形(xing)(xing)式的阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang),電(dian)子標(biao)簽(qian)天線(xian)的阻(zu)(zu)抗(kang)應為(wei)Z=R+iX形(xing)(xing)式。

為了獲得(de)(de)是散(san)射參數(shu)和駐波比(bi)等電(dian)(dian)路(lu)參數(shu),以便(bian)對(dui)天(tian)線的阻抗帶寬(kuan)特性進行(xing)評價,可(ke)(ke)將實測的阻抗參數(shu)帶入(ru)相(xiang)關公(gong)式進行(xing)計(ji)算或者采用(yong)(yong)阻抗匹(pi)(pi)配(pei)(pei)(pei)的方(fang)法(fa)(fa)在測試(shi)設備(bei)和天(tian)線之間(jian)加入(ru)匹(pi)(pi)配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)。匹(pi)(pi)配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)可(ke)(ke)用(yong)(yong)兩種方(fang)法(fa)(fa)構成,一是采用(yong)(yong)工作頻率較高的分立元(yuan)件構成,二是采用(yong)(yong)微波電(dian)(dian)路(lu)構成。需要注意的是配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)應(ying)該距離天(tian)線端口(kou)足夠近。這樣才(cai)能獲得(de)(de)較大的帶寬(kuan)并避免(mian)天(tian)線和配(pei)(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)之間(jian)的連接(jie)線路(lu)帶來的負面影響。
電(dian)路用(yong)于(yu)RFID標簽天線的測試。不(bu)過(guo)采(cai)用(yong)匹配(pei)電(dian)路具有(you)一些(xie)缺點:
l.不論使用(yong)分立元件還是使用(yong)微波電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)來構成阻(zu)抗配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),其帶(dai)(dai)寬(kuan)總是受(shou)限的(de)(de)(de),當天線真(zhen)實帶(dai)(dai)寬(kuan)大于(yu)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)帶(dai)(dai)寬(kuan)時,所(suo)測試到的(de)(de)(de)帶(dai)(dai)寬(kuan)將不再(zai)準確(que);
2.南(nan)于配(pei)電(dian)路總是存在損(sun)耗,所以測試(shi)得(de)到的(de)帶寬和回(hui)波(bo)損(sun)耗值等參數和真實的(de)天線參數有一些差(cha)別;
3.引入的配電路(lu)總是和天線(xian)之間存在距離,從而使得測試(shi)現(xian)一定誤差。
采上述使(shi)用(yong)匹配電(dian)路(lu)進行測試(shi)的方案(an)除了可(ke)以(yi)獲得一定精度的帶寬和同波(bo)損耗(hao)等(deng)參數之外,對于(yu)測試(shi)天線的方向圖和增益(yi)等(deng)輻射(she)特(te)性也(ye)是必須的。只有通(tong)過阻抗配電(dian)路(lu)才能將天線接收到的絕大(da)部(bu)分能量基本無反射(she)地(di)傳遞到測試(shi)系統中,從而測試(shi)相應的輻射(she)參數。
